the best way to get a PR5 quickly is to buy a link from a high PR6+ site. Buy it for 2-3 months. As otherwise it is very hard to get PR5 naturally and it takes lot of time. I see no reason why you intend to get high PR. Just focus on having plenty of content on your site.

Well getting higher page rank is not a day’s work. You have to work hard for some time if you want you higher in PR. There are black hat techniques by which you can suddenly increase your PR but Search engines or especially Google may ban you from showing in the list.
